What are your shipping and handling costs?
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice that is shown prior to confirming your order.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped out of our store within 1-2 business days. They are shipped either USPS or UPS, depending on weight and destination. If there is a problem with your order or if the item(s) ordered is temporarily out of stock, we'll send you an email, so please be to include a working email address with your order. If you wish to have the shipping expedited, please contact us by email or telephone at (630) 416-8666 with your mailing address so that we can determine the additional shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If an item is returned to us because the shipping service determined that it was not able to deliver the package (such as due to a bad address or refusal of package at destination), we will be happy to refund the purchase price of the item. However, we will not refund shipping costs nor will we ship the item to another address unless you contact us and agree to pay for additional shipping costs.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, you must either send us an email or call our customer service department at 630-416-8666 within 7 days of receipt of the item. With a few exceptions, returns of new merchandise are accepted and a full refund of the purchase price is given IF you notify us within 7 days of your receipt of the item AND the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs unless we made an error in processing your order. Once we have received the return, we'll credit you in the same manner that you used for payment. If an item is returned to us because the shipping service determined that it was not able to deliver the package (such as due to a bad address or refusal of package at destination), we will be happy to refund the purchase price of the item. However, we will not refund shipping costs nor will we ship the item to another address unless you contact us and agree to pay for additional shipping costs. Exceptions to our return policy: Any item listed as a closeout item cannot be returned. Defective bats must be returned to the manufacturer and cannot be returned to Fastpitch Supply. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
