SHIPPING
Most items ship in 1 to 2 working days when paid in full thru our checkout. Items paid by Money Order or a check will not be shipped until the payment clears, which could be up to 10 working days after we receive your payment. We do not accept checks , money orders, etc. from foreign banks or accounts. So, for fastest shipping, use a credit card or Paypal when purchasing products.
For shipment in the United States, USPS Priority Mail advertises 2 to 4 day delivery, but it may be longer depending on conditions. and that's out of our hands. First Class mail takes 2 to 7 days depending on your address and cannot be tracked. UPS tracking numbers are emailed via UPS’s Quantum View service. Express shipments are available for additional charges.
International orders must be paid by in US funds by credit card or thru Paypal at time of purchase. We do not accept checks, money orders or other forms of payment for international orders. All orders must include the specified amount for shipping and handling charges. International buyers' are responsible for all other duties, customs fees and taxes, which are not included in the amount you will pay for your purchase thru Fastpitch Supply. All international orders are are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, unless other arrangements are made.
RETURNS
Notify us thru email or call our customer service department at 630-416-8666 if there's a problem - we'll work with you to make it right. With a few exceptions listed below, returns of new merchandise are accepted no questions asked IF you notify us within 7 days of your receiving the product AND the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will exchange the item or give you a full refund of the item's price, whichever you prefer. If we made a mistake on the item, we'll pay the shipping charges both ways. If you've made the error, we'll refund the item's purchase price but not the shipping charges. Once received, we'll credit you in the same manner as you used for payment.
Exceptions: Items marked as closeouts cannot be returned and defective bats must be returned to the manufacturer.
